Sample & In-Store Availability

The dresses in this collection are sale items available in our Brooklyn boutique. We encourage brides to visit us in person to view and try on available samples before purchasing. Please contact us to confirm a specific style's in-store availability before making a trip.

Sizing & Selection

Sale dresses are sold in the size listed — we are unable to accommodate size swaps or exchanges on sale items. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing. Each gown is a unique, one-of-a-kind sale piece, so once it's gone, it's gone!

Fitting & Appointment Steps

We recommend scheduling a fitting appointment so you can try on your selected gown and discuss any needed alterations with our team. Alterations are not included in the sale price and are arranged separately. To book an appointment, please reach out to us directly through our contact page.

Delivery & Shipping

Orders ship within 6–8 weeks of purchase. Rush options are available — please contact us prior to ordering if you need expedited delivery. We ship domestically via FedEx or UPS, and internationally via DHL. A signature is required upon delivery; we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. For international orders, any customs fees, duties, and delays are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

All sale items are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on items from this collection. Exchanges are available only in the case of a defective or damaged item. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
