I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Returns on a cut to order garments are not accepted as these are made specifically for your order.
For custom gowns, we only accept cancellations that are requested within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests MUST be made via the Etsy messaging system. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will result in loss of your deposit.
All sales of sample gowns are FINAL.
We offer a full refund for veils, accessories, and non-custom items provided that you notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within three (3) days of receipt, according to the tracking information that accompanies your shipment.
Returns MUST be pre-approved. You MUST re-ship the items within five (5) days after your return is approved by us, via Etsy message. Items accepted for return and a full refund must be clean, unworn, and in original condition; and packed with adequate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
Buyers who submit items accepted for return will be reimbursed for the full price of the item(s) they return, through the original payment method, but will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs from studio to buyer's address. Items MUST be sent with tracking information that you forward to us (so that we both can verify receipt of the returned item). Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly refund your payment in the method that was used for the original purchase.
This policy applies to returns initiated within the United States, as well as that shipping from international destinations.
