Payments

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

Returns & exchanges

We will gladly process an exchange or return for regular-priced items that were purchased without any customizations or add-ons.  Returns MUST be pre-approved! You MUST re-ship the items within five (5) days after your return is approved by us, via email.  Items accepted for return and a full refund must be clean, unworn, and in original condition; and packed with adequate materials to prevent damage during shipping. 

Buyers who submit items accepted for return will be reimbursed for the full price of the item(s) they return, through the original payment method, but will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs from studio to buyer's address.  Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly refund your payment in the method that was used for the original purchase.  Additional processing delays may occur.

This policy applies to returns initiated within the United States, as well as that shipping from international destinations.

Fabric Flaw Exception: We work with a variety of high-end silk fabrics.  If you are ordering dresses made from hand-woven silks, they may show some irregularities.  These characteristics of fine silk yarn are unavoidable and often enhance the natural beauty of the fabrics and should in no way be treated as defects.  Also, slight changes to fabric dyes may occur at the fabric mill, resulting in different dye-lots and which may vary from our online color card and/or swatch.

 

Shipping policies

Your order will ship within 6 to 8 weeks of purchase.  Please contact us for a more definite estimate for the production and shipping time frame.  We also offer a rush option for customers who need their gowns earlier.  If you are interested in a Rush service, please contact us.

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS & DHL for international orders. For security reasons, purchases made online require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

We will always ship your purchase in the time frame promised, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by our carriers. 

We only ship to the address listed in your order. Please ensure that this address is correct and current. Any packages returned due to a previous or incorrect address will only be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

International Orders -  Please note, we have no control over customs fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order.

Lost Packages

Though rare, packages can be lost in transit from time to time. In the rare instance that your purchase is lost or damaged during shipping, we handle these problems on a case-by-case basis.
